Is this an MLS?
No. We don’t scrape MLS feeds. We focus on evergreen guidance and fast partner-agent intros.
Are you a brokerage?
No. StGeorgeListings.com is not a real estate brokerage and does not provide legal/financial advice.
How do leads get routed?
Leads are routed to active partner agents (limited inventory). We track follow-up for support.

How do you choose partners?

How do you make money?

Can I become a partner?

Privacy
We collect only what we need to operate the site and route leads.
When you submit a form, we store the submission to route it and support follow-up. We may share it with a partner agent/provider so they can respond. See Privacy policy.
